Searching for Beta Testers AHT 1.1 - 2011/10/11 01:01 A Halloween Tail 1.1 is looking for some good beta testers. This is a revision of last years game.

I can not promise this game will actually be ready for Halloween but I will try to do so.

Beta Testing will hopefully be ready to start between Oct 20-25.

I am looking for beta testers whom can give me a quick turn around, say within a few days. Not saying to rush through the testing but looking for those that have the spare time to get a good beta testing done quickly so to improve my chances of getting the game out by Halloween night!

Re:Searching for Beta Testers AHT 1.1 - 2011/10/30 01:04 Although AHT1.1 has been beta tested in the past the new added content could use some good beta testers.

The game is released so to make it in time for Halloween. I offer it again for open beta testing. If you'd like to give it a beta test I'd be happy to hear what you find. You can find the game in the file section. Please send any beta testing reports to my email and not here on the forum.

To everyone whom offered to beta test the game I deeply appreciate the responses. There was a lot of you! Thank you. Please don't think I forgot about you or left you out by accident. Simply put there was NO beta testing done before this release. Because of the data corruption problem I encountered my time table was too short to allow beta testing like I had hoped and still make the Halloween weekend release.

Re:Searching for Beta Testers AHT 1.1 - 2011/10/30 10:40 Had a look at it, and doesn't seem that bad so far. I have however, at this point, hit a dead end. I know I need to get the lamp from the box, but have no idea how to get the cat to move away.

Also, I'm guessing I need to move Freddy away to initiate the Willow scene, but again, haven't had much luck doing that either.

With the search command, you say it only works for some things, but not others. The ones it doesn't I seem to remember that it just says it doesn't understand the command - maybe get it to spit out the generic examine text?
